  • Current Occupancy: Helps passengers make informed boarding decisions, especially during peak hours.
  • Accepted Tickets and Payment Methods: No more guesswork—passengers will know exactly how they can pay.
  • Accessibility Features: Essential details on wheelchair accessibility and other important features.
  • Onboard Amenities: From Wi-Fi availability to other comforts that enhance the travel experience.

The passenger-centric design of this feature ensures that content is easy to expand, close and scroll through, making travel smoother and more enjoyable. 

Empowering operators with the Back Office Portal

For operators, managing vehicle information has never been easier thank to these updates. We’ve updated the Back Office Portal , rebranding the Fleet tab as Vehicles and adding a new My Vehicles page to streamline vehicle management. Operators can:

  • Vehicle Overview: View a comprehensive list of all vehicles in the fleet, making management easier.
  • Search and Select: Find specific vehicles quickly and update their details with ease.
  • Automatic Vehicle Record Creation: Automatically generate records from SIRI-VM feeds, saving time and effort.
  • CSV Import: For those using BODS or direct-to-app vehicle feeds, a straightforward CSV upload option is available to create vehicle records.
  • Manual Updates: If preferred, operators can manually input and update vehicle records with the assurance that data will sync automatically when vehicle references match those in the feed.

This new feature elevates the overall travel experience, providing detailed real-time information to passengers and simplifying vehicle management for operators. It’s a significant step forward for transport providers aiming to deliver the highest standards of service.
