The Service Updates Centre ensures passengers can find all updates and disruptions in one centralised hub.

A new Service Updates button on the Home screen gives passengers instant access to all alerts and disruptions.

 Alerts are categorised for clarity, allowing passengers to identify which alerts are relevant to them:

  • Route Alerts focus on specific routes.
  • Network Alerts covers disruptions impacting the entire network.

Alerts are managed through the existing Back Office Portal, so operators can continue updating disruptions with ease.
