Amy Bridge, Chief Customer Delivery Officer
ITO World
Amy has over 10 years’ experience implementing intelligent transport solutions for governments, operators, and journey planners across the world.
With a background in behaviour change, she understands what it takes to ensure passengers get the best possible experience, and the fundamental role data plays in this.
At Ito World, Amy leads the Customer Success team, delivering tangible impact and value from Ito’s transit intelligence solutions.
James Lewis, Product Manager
UrbanThings
James is responsible for shaping and delivering the UrbanThings development schedule and roadmap, providing that bridge of communication between the customers and developers, from business value scoring, to refining and prioritising a backlog issue or user story. .
With several years of experience in growing technology businesses, he has previously led the development of customer support systems for new online consumer services. He worked on several complex projects including the launch of the Rail + Club loyalty App, trialled on Thameslink and Great Northern railway lines.
Stevie Chambers, Head of Product Strategy
Lothian Buses
Stevie shares the leadership of the commercial team at Lothian Buses, the UK’s largest municipal bus company and the main provider of public transport in Scotland’s capital city.
Stevie has over 20 years’ experience in public transport, and is responsible for developing the overall customer proposition across ticketing, payments and revenue collection.
His previous projects include launching Scotland’s first Mobile Ticketing app for buses in 2013, and Scotland’s first Tap & Cap open payments scheme across the Lothian network in 2019.
